(1) If the permit holder does any work contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the designated authority may order the relevant permit holder to make necessary improvements in such work within a specified period.
(2) If the person who received the permit does not make the necessary improvements within the specified period according to sub-section (1), the designated authority may cancel the permit obtained by such person.
(3) Before revoking the permit in accordance with sub-section (2), the designated authority shall give the relevant permit holder a reasonable opportunity to present his explanation.
